KAG School app for iPhone and iPad

This App is only for Knowledge & Growth School (will not help you if your child is not registered in our school)

Aims:
The application aims to increase safety and security level and reduce the wait time for the students parent or driver during dismissal period.
Using specific username and password for each parent they can login and ask for their child at the end of the school day.
We add some properties to increase the safety like add the picture of the parents and the children.
This app is working with our internal system of the school.


Steps:
1- After login with your username and password you can see your children that are registered in our school.
2- The application will send a notification message from the parent or drivers phone when he/she is within a certain distance (to be determined in advance) if it is during dismissal or if signing out student during school regular hours to our school system.
3- The supervisor or teacher then will prepare the student for dismissal.
4- Another option will be activated when parent/driver is within a minimum distance (to be determined in advance) and is shorter than the first predetermined distance.
5- The student will then be sent to the schools guard to be handed over to the parent/driver.
6- Finally, a confirmation message of student discharge will be sent to the parent/driver phone.
